Our Quality Control Team ensures conformance of product at every stage with customer requirements and IPCspecifications & standards through stringent in line testing procedures including a variety of solderability, mechanical and visual inspections.

The incoming QC program involves both thorough testing of the raw materials and chemicals as well as water quality used during the production process.

The plant is equipped with "State of the Art" testing and measuring instruments to ensure stringent standards for our product.

Caviderm - For measuring thickness of copper and solder inside holes.

Bare board testers - Suitable upto 6000 points including testing at high voltage ensure a fully tested product.

Microderm - for measuring surface plating thickness of copper, tin, lead and gold.

Lixi-X-Ray Machine - For scanning inner layer registration of Multilayer circuits.
